1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Letterbrace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Letterbrace is operated by JCLVSH.

2. Description of Service

Letterbrace is an AI-powered article enhancement platform. The service allows you to:

  • Create and manage articles within organizations.
  • Process articles through AI-powered flows that provide editing suggestions, SEO analysis, and content grading.
  • Generate data visualizations (tables and Venn diagrams) from article content using AI.
  • Import content from and export content to Notion via OAuth integration.
  • Share flow run results via public links.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Letterbrace.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions within their organization.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or import into Letterbrace, including articles, images, and organizational branding assets.

By using Letterbrace, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. This includes sending article content to the Anthropic Claude API for AI processing, and sending content to Notion when you initiate a sync.

5. AI-Generated Content

Letterbrace uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate editing suggestions, SEO analysis, content grades, data tables, and Venn diagrams. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Letterbrace to process content that violates applicable laws, infringes on intellectual property rights, or contains harmful material.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-access the service without authorization.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access.
  • Use the Notion integration to access workspaces or pages you are not authorized to access.

7. Shared Content

When you enable sharing on a flow run, a public link is generated that allows anyone with the link to view the results without authentication. You are responsible for managing who you share links with. You can disable sharing or regenerate the share link at any time to revoke previous access.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Letterbrace integrates with third-party services including Notion. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your organization settings.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Letterbrace available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. AI features depend on the availability of the Anthropic Claude API.

10. Limitation of Liability

Letterbrace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCLVSH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of Letterbrace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
